Final Response: The facts speak for themselves. Since you insist on making excuses and trying to spin the narrative, let’s get the facts straight: 1. The "Kindness" of the Replacement & The Wrong Flavor First of all, you claimed that your salted caramel ice cream contains hazelnut pieces. Or something like, the label is correct somehow don’t know why i don’t like what I ordered. This is clearly an excuse to cover up a basic mistake. The ice cream I was served contained whole hazelnuts, not pieces, and more importantly, it did not taste like salted caramel at all. It is obvious your staff simply scooped the wrong flavor (likely hazelnut), which happened to be stale/rancid. I pointed this out to my husband in English right in front of you. He chose not to mention the stale taste to the older gentleman out of pure politeness, but your son (the owner) was standing right there, heard us, and clearly understood English. Replacing a completely incorrect and spoiled item is not a "favor" or an act of "kindness"; it is my basic right as a consumer and your bare minimum responsibility as a business. 2. The "Trash Tub" Contradiction Your detailed explanation about putting the ice cream into a tightly sealed tub to avoid pests is very creative, but it directly contradicts your own staff. The older gentleman explicitly stated in front of us that he was going to eat that ice cream himself! So, which is it? Was it going securely into the trash, or was it his snack? You should really get your stories straight before replying. You definitely took my partially eaten ice cream and dumped it directly back into the exact same tub in the display case that you were actively scooping from. As a customer, I have no way of knowing what your different tubs are used for. What I saw with my own eyes was an employee putting a returned, partially eaten ice cream back into a tub identical to the ones sitting right in your display case. That action alone is highly inappropriate and visually unacceptable. Whether you ultimately sold it, ate it, or threw it away, handling it that way in front of a customer completely justifies my review. A business that genuinely prioritizes "hygiene and customer service" would simply take accountability for getting an order wrong, serving stale ingredients, and mishandling a return in front of a customer, rather than writing passive-aggressive paragraphs full of contradictions. This discussion is over. Best of luck. —-////— I ordered salted caramel ice cream but was mistakenly served a nut flavor—and the nuts in it were completely stale. When I pointed this out, they agreed to change it to correct the order. However, I was shocked to see the owner take my returned, customer-handled cup of ice cream and scrape it right back into the main display tub. EDIT in response to the owner: Thank you for your reply, but your logic is completely flawed. It was a transaction, not a favor: Your doors were unlocked, you accepted my payment, and you served me the wrong flavor with stale ingredients. Correcting your own mistake is standard business practice, not a "kindness" or a favor. Hygiene rules apply 24/7: Even if a tub is "going to the trash right after," no professional kitchen should ever scrape returned, customer-handled food back into a service container on the counter. Waste goes directly into the trash bin to prevent cross-contamination. Unprofessional attitude: Your passive-aggressive suggestion that I "help you close" to learn about hygiene standards is highly unprofessional. As a paying customer, witnessing returned food being dumped back into display tubs is a massive waste food safety concern. I stand by my review.

Nice indeed, but quite boastful... the Caesar salad was disappointing and very expensive... it was salad in name only, with very dry chicken

The staff is really friendly, the setting in the middle of the grocery store is fantastic, and the products they sell are of very high quality! I highly recommend this place for both the food and the groceries 😊

Huge potential wasted by excessive fat. Veal/pasta with porcini mushrooms. The flavor was definitely there; you could tell the ingredients were high quality. Unfortunately, the dish was so greasy that by the halfway point, we were completely nauseous. It's a real shame because the base was excellent, but at this price, you expect a balance that allows you to finish your plate with pleasure. I'm giving it one star because the overall experience was ruined by this lack of finesse. This has happened to us twice at this restaurant... We won't be back.
