During my visit to the drive-thru, at the time of payment, a homeless person suddenly appeared behind the window and asked us for change. The cashier and I were surprised and frightened. He even insulted the cashier. It would be important to improve security around the drive-thru windows (for payment and order collection) to ensure the safety of both employees and customers.

Everything is dirty and this is the burger I got: two slices of burger bun with a pickle slice filled with sauce and no salad or meat....

A disgrace for this global brand. Disappointing message to people who don't want to work: stop, it's better.

We waited 40 minutes at the drive-thru, even though there were only 8 cars ahead of us. After all that time, we were finally told they were out of drinks, so we couldn't order a meal. It's unacceptable to make customers wait so long only to inform them at the last minute. A little more organization and communication would be appreciated. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Friendly staff, but everything was filthy. From the tables to the toilets. The cola in the plastic cup had a strange taste, probably from the cleaning product. Never again!

Thursday, June 4, 2026. The waitress who took my order was very friendly, professional, and did her job properly; no complaints about her welcome. However, the experience was disappointing. There were no other customers in the dining area and only my car in the drive-thru, yet the wait was particularly long. Furthermore, my order was incomplete: the cheddar bacon fries were missing. The bacon that was served also had a strange taste, giving the impression of a stale product. It's a shame, because the welcome was good, but the service, order verification, and the quality of the food need improvement. As for the burger with ground beef, tomato, and breaded mozzarella, the breading was extremely dry and far too peppery. It clearly gave the impression of a product that had been prepared for a long time and had been sitting around before being served. Given its condition, it simply shouldn't have been offered for sale. It's a shame, because beyond the wait and the incomplete order, it also raises a real issue with the quality of the food served. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this restaurant. Between the unjustified wait, the incomplete order, and the very disappointing quality of some of the food, it's an establishment I will avoid in the future.

Disgusting! I think we should call the health department. A few months ago, several of us found hairs in our food... And the people at the counters completely denied it.

Bad experience today at the restaurant in Echirolles. It took over 25 minutes to get our order, even though the restaurant was almost empty. My son's cheeseburger had two patties that were way overcooked, almost burnt. No ice cream was available to order. I do not recommend this restaurant.

If you're of average build, you'll probably think the container in the photo is a coffee cup. Think again! It's the sundae from my Happy Meal... And don't get me wrong, I don't have big hands; it's the cup itself that's ridiculously small. By definition, the Happy Meal is a children's menu, and the portions are designed to suit their young customers. However, the fact that it was delivered to me in a McCafé cup smacks of either a clever trick or a shortage of the right size containers. Perhaps the solution would have been to fill a regular sundae cup with the "Happy Meal" quantity? What saddens me most is seeing that the manager himself (the only person at McDonald's wearing a shirt and not a regular crew uniform) isn't surprised to see a sundae served in an espresso cup. It makes you wonder if this poor solution didn't originate with him. Strange idea to spontaneously reduce quantities using a makeshift method on a product that is—it seems to me—an extra. In conclusion, you're very lucky that gas is so expensive right now because otherwise I would have come to demand an explanation until I received what I was owed. Sincerely, McDonald's, your unshakeable reputation won't protect you forever from your recurring and increasingly surprising mistakes.
