From the outside, the place looks nice... I'll overlook the tasteless moussaka... as for the complimentary salad, two slices of tomato and a very industrial-looking dressing, I figured it was free... I remained polite, I have some manners... I received a dish I didn't order (gnocchi instead of ravioli), everyone makes mistakes... but when they make you feel like you're lying and that nothing will be offered... you understand the lack of empathy and professionalism! I never order gnocchi, but she's sure of it (LOL). I didn't want to argue, the person was firm! If you want to be treated with respect, you know where to be taken for a fool... it's not that the food is bad, it's them who are bad! Lying or not admitting it and zero customer service 😔😡 And no menu outside... I've never seen that before either...

I was very surprised by the many positive reviews. I ordered a tomato and burrata salad for €14, but I was served a huge plate of green salad with a burrata in the middle. The moussaka was really bad; the meat was completely dry. And the €9 "gourmet coffee" included tiny and really bad desserts. Very disappointed.

Honestly, the pizzas are a disgrace! Just a haphazard assembly, nothing fancy! The pizzas are so disappointing for a pizzeria! I certainly won't be going back! The pizzas are as disappointing as the staff.

So, let me be clear, this is in the Rondeau district, not the prettiest part of Grenoble, but this pizzeria, run by a Turkish family, is truly extraordinary. The quality of the ingredients, the freshness, the prices, the service—everything is perfect. Seriously, go there, go there without hesitation for a second!
