Dream seller!!! Distributor constantly malfunctioning despite a maintenance contract, a nightmare for the last 3 years

My Resto Clock pizza vending machine is still broken. The cold storage compartment panels are too thin (4 cm) when they should be at least 8 cm to be exposed to the outside. There's significant humidity inside the cold storage compartment, which clogs the pizza boxes, causing them to swell and get stuck in the machine. Pizzas either catch fire, are lukewarm, or are cold. In short, the vending machine doesn't work, and everyone who bought it has the same problem. The manufacturer even appeared on Julien Courbet's TV show about these same issues, which have persisted for almost 10 years. The worst part is that they know their vending machines don't work, yet they continue to sell them! I'm contacting my lawyer for a refund and compensation! RUN AWAY!! The ATM's doors aren't reinforced, they went bankrupt after 2 months, no one answers customer service on weekends, the women on the phone are rude... and that's not all... avoid at all costs.

If I had to share my experience today, customer service is nonexistent. The technicians who come out are fine, but the machines break down on weekends, and nobody's working then. You can't sell machines that run 24/7 if you can't provide follow-up. A customer calls me at 4 a.m. with a problem, and I go there. The salesperson sells you a dream... for nothing. It's a lot of work for very little return. Response to your message: Don't talk about a dedicated 24/7 hotline when you end up in a developing country that can't do anything and tells you that a technician will call you back, when breakdowns usually happen on weekends and you're called back (if you get a call at all) on Monday morning.

A terrible company. They're great at selling, but otherwise, they're useless. Avoid buying from them. Their machines are always breaking down, and their responsiveness and customer service are nonexistent. Stay away.

This distributor is really unreliable. I bought it in June 2022 and have recurring problems with temperature, routers, and other issues... it's a waste of money and time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't give less than one star, because A salesman comes in, threatens you, and then, as he's leaving, says: "I'd advise you to eat somewhere else." This is in Canet-en-Roussillon. A business represented by a crook!!!!! Since when do you arrive, get verbally assaulted, and leave without saying goodbye!!!!!!!!!

A €50,000 (excluding VAT) machine, installed in July 2022... already several breakdowns, a completely unresponsive after-sales service (over 48 hours!!!), and management even less so. If you don't know which vending machine to buy, cross RESTO'CLOCK off your list!

Vending machine received on November 29, 2021. For the past two weeks, my life has been a nightmare. It has four columns and two ovens. The problem is, only two columns are working, so for the past two weeks, I've been forced to offer only two pizza choices instead of four. I'm getting calls from customers day and night: either my pizza is stuck in the oven, or I paid for two pizzas but only got one, or I ordered hot, the first one was lukewarm, and the second one was cold. New vending machine from November 2022. They sell you a dream, but I'm very disappointed by the sales pitches, which are inconsistent with reality on many points. The back office is located in Morocco, making communication very difficult. The pizzas smell bad, which could discourage customers from returning. Adjusting the pizza temperature is far too complicated, and how do you get pizzas that aren't really hot but have burnt spots despite using parchment paper? I could list other complaints, but I prefer to just say that I regret my purchase and I hope that the reputation of my pizza truck, which I've owned since 1995, won't be affected. I hope the Resto'clock team will contact me to address these issues.

This vending machine is extremely poor, absolutely do not buy it... Loss of money, loss of customers... I installed a Sger Resto Clock vending machine in December 2019. It sold 3 pizzas a day for 2 years... I lost €10,000 selling it... The pizza sticks to the aluminum and takes on a very unpleasant aluminum taste, even for drunk customers... Buy Adial or Smart, but definitely not this brand...

Avoid at all costs, I repeat. These vending machines never work properly. They're often out of order. These guys treat you like idiots. I've filed a lawsuit against this company with the commercial court. Don't make the same mistake I and so many others have.

Order not fulfilled, but my credit card was charged... I placed an order for pizza boxes for their Wish pizza vending machine, and they never delivered. I strongly advise against this company; they have no commitments whatsoever. I also strongly advise against their Resto Clock pizza vending machine; it's constantly out of order and unreliable. If you want to incur losses, this is the company to work with!
