La PREMIATA pizza au feu de bois

Ordered a Sicilian pizza without capers. The result was a plain pizza with pickled anchovies placed on top after baking! I've never seen anything like it. To top it all off, they advertised €12, gave me a €20 note, and only gave me €6 in change, but it was my business, so I trusted them. Very disappointed.

The pizzas were excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend it!

We were stuck in traffic on the way back from the mountains, we took a break to eat and we stumbled upon this pizzeria, and what a stroke of luck, the pizzas were very good, the owners were very friendly, if we are ever stuck in traffic again we will gladly come back.

While passing through the area, we ordered pizzas. We received a very warm welcome from a very pleasant chef, and the ingredients were of excellent quality, all prepared on-site. We highly recommend this place.

😡 La Premiata in Champ-sur-Drac: The pizza cutting scandal! 😡 Wow… I'm absolutely stunned… Tonight, we ordered 6 pizzas at La Premiata → €88.10 total. That's already quite expensive (between €10.50 and €18 per pizza). And then, the cherry on top 🍕: they charged us €0.50 for "cutting" PER PIZZA!!!! Yes, you read that right, €0.50 for 4 turns of the pizza cutter!! I asked the shopkeeper if it was a mistake, and she replied, in a haughty and unfriendly tone, that "it's normal, it's a paid service" 😳 Apparently, cutting a pizza is considered a luxury service now… And to top it all off, the pizzas were mediocre, overcooked, and the crust was hard. At that price, you expect top-notch quality, not to have to pay extra for a properly cut pizza. Frankly, it's outrageous, shameful, and completely unacceptable. They'll do anything to make a few extra cents… and then they wonder why customers don't come back 🙄

I go there about once every three months for work. I go to a lot of pizzerias, and frankly, this is one of the best I've ever eaten at. For such a small town, their pizzas are very good.

Four pizzas ordered on a Friday evening at 8 pm, ready at 8:15 pm 👍👍👍👍 And the cherry on top, the tartiflette without onions but with mushrooms was delicious. I say bravo, unlike Green Mountain who never answered our calls.
