Order placed for 7:30 PM, served at 8:30 PM (a one-hour delay with no explanation or apology). The person in charge was neither friendly nor understanding, bordering on unpleasant! Very disappointed compared to other times, what a shame!

Yesterday I ordered a very cold pizza and the panzerottes had aluminum foil inside – a lack of hygiene. I do not recommend it.

The welcome was exceptionally rude. When you run a business, the very least you can do is know how to speak properly to your customers—not verbally abuse them and then play the victim when you dare to respond. This behavior is simply shameful and unbecoming of a professional. I sincerely hope she receives a reprimand, because this kind of attitude drives customers away faster than she can serve pizzas.
