Hello, I ordered a Top Good To Go on Saturday, May 3rd, for pickup between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM; however, the store was closed. Thank you for your understanding. In response to the gentleman's comment, I would like to add that I have not received a refund. A kind message or a willingness to resolve the issue would have led me to delete my review; it's a shame about the aggression. Furthermore, I am unaware of your personal problems. However, I am not familiar with the service or the quality of the products, so I will not comment on them. In short, this message is to inform you of a minor scheduling issue. Have a nice day.

If, like me, you want to take a break and eat something savory or sweet, this is the perfect place. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, plus you can chat with the owner who is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

My partner was vomiting because he was sick. So I politely asked if I could have a towel. But he refused, saying that if I wanted, I could buy him a pack of tissues, and, I quote, "yes, I'm making money off the backs of the poor." Anyway, thanks, you're really very helpful and pleasant, as I can see from the comments. Deplorable.

I come here to buy either a sandwich or a pizza from time to time. The pizzas and sandwiches are great and top-notch. I recommend this snack bar.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Appalling customer service. Ten minutes to serve a bottle of water and a pain au chocolat. I simply told him my tram was arriving, and he brushed me off like I was nothing. And on top of that, he lied, saying I told him to hurry up. He's lying to sound credible. You deserve a retirement; I wish you some rest. Working 15 hours a day is too much. Asking your friends for new reviews won't change the fact that you're lying, and it will hurt you sooner or later. I have nothing to gain by lying, while you do.

If you have even a modicum of manners and politeness, you'll have the best experience. Impeccable service, lower prices than other businesses in the area, unbeatable proximity to the tram—in short, nothing more to complain about ^^. The owner is sometimes strict, but very often fair. I'm sorry to see the unpleasant comments from some sensitive people :/.

Great location, top-notch cafe. Personally, I think stressed people should take their time; we live in an already stressful world... So if people are stressed, they should stay stressed, but they shouldn't affect other, less stressed people, because trams come every 5 minutes, so if you want to get a coffee, you can take the next tram.
