Very slow service at 2:30 PM, outside of any busy period; the restaurant was unwelcoming.

Very unpleasant employees! Very cold orders! It's very dirty inside and out!! This has happened more than once, all the employees are like this! Several times I ordered Coca-Cola with ice and each time the employees' response was to clean the machine, both in the afternoon and in the evening.

I visited this McDonald's today, and it really seemed out of place. I went downstairs to a large, completely run-down room where there was nobody (dirty tables, broken floor, torn booths). No one brought me my order; this room must scare the staff too much, so they don't go down there. I had to go upstairs to be served. As for your €4.60 McFlurries, it would be important to respect the portion sizes because, frankly, there was hardly any ice cream or KitKat! In short, a McDonald's unlike any other.

Disgusting place, hair in the trays, sticky floor, sticky tables. A McDonald's to avoid.

It was quite busy here because of the music festival. Apparently, that's why the tables were cordoned off and only takeaway orders were accepted. Watching the staff at work was really fun, though. A very well-coordinated team that processed the orders very quickly. Excellent!

I am extremely shocked by the state of this restaurant in the city center! I have never seen such a disgusting place, whether in terms of the food, the condition of the premises, or the hygiene of the facilities, and the toilets are even worse. It's simply unacceptable that the health department, especially for a chain like McDonald's, allows this kind of thing to happen. One thing is for sure: I will never go back!

The only McDonald's in France with the old decor, makes you wonder if it's still the same guy who's running it.
