Do not order, absolutely disgusting, very clearly

Horrible pizza, arrived cold mixed with another order, not cut or anything. I strongly advise against ordering!!

The pizzas are good, the staff are young and friendly, and our orders arrive on time. The pizzeria is right next to our house. What more could you ask for?

Strangely, they're permanently out of croquillettes in the free Emblem offer. We're told they receive deliveries on Friday evenings. When I go back on Friday evenings, they tell me they're out of stock. They haven't kept their promises.

Great Pizza and friendly Service

Terrible service. The restaurant owner was very unpleasant when taking our order. Then a waiter set the table, walking right past us without acknowledging our "good evening." Finally, the vegetarian pizza arrived with meat on it.

Very disappointed with my experience at Pizza Cozy Grenoble. As part of the Emblem card's introductory offer, we were supposed to pick up a gift. Each time we visited, we were given a new reason: it wasn't the right day, the gift hadn't been delivered, or we had to come back later. In total, we made four trips without ever being able to take advantage of the offer we were entitled to. What's most annoying is that we were specifically told to come on Fridays, as deliveries were supposed to be made that day. So I made a special trip on a Friday, only to be told that I had to come back Friday evening because the delivery hadn't arrived yet. At some point, this becomes unacceptable; why not just say so beforehand? What's particularly regrettable is that on several of these visits, we also ate in or bought products. We felt that our time and loyalty were not valued. A one-off problem is understandable, but making customers return four times without a concrete solution or compensation is, in my opinion, a lack of consideration. It's a shame, because it leaves a very bad impression of the brand. I do not recommend this experience.

Very happy, this restaurant near the station is super good with generous portions.
