Pizza Hut

It's a shame there's no zero out of five rating system. I ordered their "My Box" takeout. The result was catastrophic; all the food was inedible. The pizza had a thin, tasteless crust. The chicken was like rubber. And the dessert was barely defrosted and completely watery. It's a disgrace to still find fast food with such poor quality.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed. I ordered a four-cheese pizza and a tuna pizza. The four-cheese was fine: well-cooked, a good amount of cheese, the sauce was there, no complaints. But the tuna pizza… the amount of tuna was ridiculous. It was like they just pretended to put some in. For a "tuna" pizza, that's outrageous. And the crust… it's not pizza crust. Way too thick, too puffy, full of flour. It feels more like eating a block of dough than a pizza. Yes, they had the 50% off Tuesday promotion that day, OK. But that doesn't excuse putting so little topping on it. A promotion doesn't mean you should get a cheap pizza. I'm including photos so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

It's a shame, because I haven't been eating Pizza Hut for a long time. I find it a shame that there's less and less choice, and the pizzas are much less good than they were a few years ago.

In 2020, Pizza Hut France committed to complying with the European Chicken Commitment criteria for the chicken served in its restaurants. Since then, no reports have been published, and the commitment is no longer displayed on your website. When do you plan to inform your customers about your progress?

I liked Pizza Hut after my experience in another country. This was my first Pizza Hut experience in France, about two weeks ago. I arrived after 8:00 PM. After placing my order, I waited inside (there were no chairs) while watching my order being prepared. A young man preparing my order was constantly talking to another young woman (were the two employees flirting?). Not only were they practically touching each other, but they were also constantly smiling and laughing, knowing I was watching them—all this while I ate my pizza! I hope the manager takes action (if they're serious) and hires people who have more respect for customers, food, and hygiene.

Everything was perfect 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕I have been ordering deliveries from way back when this place opened. I rarely pickup a takeaway but yesterday I ordered the most delicious pizza and drink for under €10. The service was Excellent from the two workers with smiles on their faces which does make a difference. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend the pizzas as they are much better than other chains and some Italian restaurants.I definitely got value for my money! Thank you very much from a happy customer.
