4 euros for a Perrier in a plastic bottle is outrageous. Please think of those with lower incomes.

€3 for a scoop of frankly terrible, mass-produced ice cream... There's an ice cream shop just a little further down on Rue Carnot that's much better; this is frankly shameful.

The staff was unpleasant. A friend ordered a calzone, which had more dough than filling. The pizza we ordered wasn't what we wanted. It made me sick in the middle of the night.

The setting is great, the waitress very pleasant and attentive. However, the food isn't amazing, and sometimes very limited. For example, yesterday only pizzas were available; no focaccia, salads, or pasta... nothing but pizzas. The pizzas are okay, nothing special. The option of a half-pizza, half-salad dish is nice, but it's as expensive as a full pizza, so we hesitated to order it. Overall, pizzas are €13-15, and coffee is €2.

Honestly, don't be lured in by the sunny terrace like we were. While we were the only ones there at the time, we waited ages before a waiter deigned to bring us the menu. Yet, the staff didn't seem overwhelmed and chatted casually in front of us, leaving us hanging. As for the food, we ordered focaccia. Well, clearly not homemade bread, soaked in industrial pesto and stuffed with red cabbage steaks... disappointing. The icing on the cake was the behavior of the man who seemed to be the manager when it came time to pay our bill. Two glasses of Chardonnay had been added to it (ironically, we don't drink alcohol). It was unpleasant to feel unbelievable after having to repeat myself for a while that I hadn't ordered any wine (he should know, since I saw him earlier handling the drinks himself). So this "manager" ended up sending the waiter away without a word of politeness or an apology (he did the same thing when he brought the wrong dishes to the people behind us). In short, it reeks of a business that forgets how important human interaction is in the restaurant industry.

They refused to serve my friend and me coffee around 11 am, even though we'd been waiting on the terrace for a good 10 minutes without any explanation. Apparently, we had to wait until noon to be served. Despite this, two other customers were already being served coffee, and the establishment advertises opening at 10 am... Is it just a matter of who you are? 😂 So, naturally, we went somewhere else!

It was hard to get a smile, but even harder to get a hello, please, thank you, or goodbye. The person serving and taking the cash register made you want to kill yourself more than buy anything. It's a shame because the whole point of paying more for a drink than buying and refrigerating it at home is to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and customer experience. So I was amused to see a note at the register indicating that the manager wants to return to his core business. Perhaps he's forgotten what the core business of a shopkeeper actually is?

We arrived on a Saturday evening at 7 pm. We ordered our first cocktail, but they were out of limoncello (in an Italian restaurant!!). The label stuck to the orange peel ended up in one of our cocktails. We then wanted antipasti, but again, they were out of stock. We could only get extremely salty, inedible anchovy fillets and spicy olives, even though we had asked for tapenade. Even the bread wasn't fresh; it was frozen and reheated in dribs and drabs, so it went stale in less than 5 minutes. We were supposed to eat, but we left to eat elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Yet the restaurant itself looks very nice, and the waitress was very friendly.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but our experience compels us to do so. We came for takeout, and despite a very simple order, the person who served us—apparently the manager—was surprisingly slow and unfriendly. When we simply asked if it was possible to eat in, he curtly replied that it wasn't, that it was only for the restaurant area, in a clearly irritated tone. Our question was asked politely, and we don't understand this lack of courtesy. It's a shame, because it doesn't make us want to come back.

A lovely sunny terrace. Delicious Carte d'Or ice cream is available, as well as Magnums. We'll have a meal next time, as they have specialties made with Italian products. The doors open automatically, and the restrooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility. It's convenient for seniors.

We went there as a family this afternoon and ordered arancini, which arrived completely moldy. They couldn't tell us when they were made, and offered no refund or any kind of compensation. My 8-year-old daughter ate some; let's hope she doesn't get food poisoning. I will never go back.

Keep walking. I ordered a Noci pizza. The crust wasn't amazing, but the mozzarella formed a rubbery layer all over it. I had tiramisu for dessert, probably the worst I've ever had. As for the atmosphere and service, nothing special to say.
