The food is good, but the rest doesn't live up to it. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time and were told our table had been given to someone else. It's hard to understand the point of a reservation under these circumstances. The result: a table for four split in two, crammed in with other customers, with absolutely no privacy. The waiter (or manager) then explained that he was glad we hadn't chosen yet because he was overwhelmed. I can understand a busy period, but it's not the customer who should suffer the consequences. Another disappointment: the Instagram page sells a high-end experience, while in reality the restaurant is tiny. The gap between the image and reality is quite stark, as are the Chatgpt reviews on that page. In short, yes, the food is good. But a restaurant isn't just about the food. Between a missed reservation, disorganized service, and an experience far removed from what's advertised online, I won't be returning. The flavors alone aren't enough to make up for everything else.
