Great initiative to come to Allevard. Very pleasant, and the market is still up for grabs! The pizza isn't bad, but it needs some work. It needs more time to mature/hydrate. (The cornicione isn't very airy). There's too much semolina in the dough, and the oven isn't cleaned between batches, so the semolina remains and causes the bottom to burn. It would be better to use rice flour or regular flour.

(I'm the husband of singer Josephine Oz) I ate at the Isermat stand today at Alpexpo, and what a surprise! It was incredibly delicious. I've rarely eaten focaccias so good and generously topped, and the tiramisu was amazing too! Plus, the service and humor were top-notch. We often organize concerts and festivals, and I'll definitely be calling them again; their food truck system is fantastic. Tell everyone, you won't be disappointed!

Right downstairs from my place. I'm very picky about pizza, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much: a pizza truck isn't the same as a real wood-fired oven… And yet, what a surprise! 🍕 A really good pizza: a light and airy crust and a spectacular crispiness. Really, very good. And what's more, it's right downstairs from my place… what more could you ask for?

My go-to Wednesday lunch spot, I loved their pala or focaccia. Very generous portions, absolutely delicious, and served by a lovely team. I highly recommend it!

These Foca'dwiches were a real discovery! A huge thank you to Ban'Tiamil for coming to our place, it was fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed them and the service was impeccable. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible. Well done!

Discovered in the courtyard of the Eductive Grenoble Campus. Everything is delicious! The staff is very friendly. Fast service. I highly recommend it!

A great find! The sandwich wasn't dry at all, contrary to what you might think from the photos. I was skeptical after seeing the pictures, but I finally gave it a try and I don't regret it! I highly recommend it; it's an original concept and it was delicious!
