We went in today for two coffees and a baguette. On the small quiches, which were left out in the open, there were green flies, and they were clearly laying eggs. I immediately pointed out the presence of the green flies to the person who served us. This young man promptly removed the entire tray of quiches. We sat down to drink our coffees at a completely filthy table covered in sticky stains. We left, and at that point, the tray of small quiches was put back in its place, exposed to the air. From a food safety perspective, this is unacceptable. There is absolutely no protection for certain foodstuffs. As a reminder, green flies can cause bacterial infections, such as salmonella, campylobacter, and others. In other words, we will never set foot in this Marie Blachère again.

I like Marie Blachère, but the chicken sandwich was such a disappointment… two tiny pieces of “chicken” in practically a baguette! And the toilets, I won't even mention them; they've been in a deplorable state for years.

Let me be very clear: I'm going to contact the health department. This restaurant should be closed for several reasons, and a consumer protection agency will also be involved. In your sandwiches: 3 slices of chicken, not much meat; pan bagnat, no salad; egg cut in half, no mayonnaise. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. The toilet floor and sink are dirty. Let's not forget the state of the floors and walls: tiles covered in dirt and grime. It's unacceptable, beyond just being passable. This is the second time I've come with my wife at different times, and it's the same thing. Good luck with the administrative closure. I don't recommend this bakery for those with sensitive stomachs, and I advise against going there altogether.

I've been there several times and it's always gone well.
