Those who say there's a wait, it's normal. If there are a lot of people ordering in person and by phone, there's bound to be a wait, but the longer the wait, the better it is, as they say! Don't forget, some days they have a huge number of orders, so they have to serve as quickly as possible! The pizza prices are very reasonable! For fresh products, it's worth the price because when you see pizzerias or pizza trucks that charge the same price as Palermo Pizzas and only use frozen products, I prefer to pay the price at Palermo Pizza and eat good pizzas with fresh products!

Four orders from you. The first time, the pizzas were truly excellent, no complaints there. But after that, it went from bad to worse. With each subsequent order, I wanted to give you another chance. But the quality just isn't there: the cured meats seem stale, the other ingredients are bland and tasteless, and the tomato sauce is barely there on the crust. The only thing you don't skimp on is the mozzarella—and even then, there's too much of it, and it's not balanced. So this is my last order from you. It's a shame, because the potential was there at the beginning… but consistency and quality are lacking.

The pizzas are generally good, but once I get home, they always end up in ruins, like mush. All that's left is the dough... it's a real shame, and I don't know what the problem is, probably something to do with the cooking. I should mention, however, that the pizza maker was accommodating and let me go ahead of schedule several times to avoid a long wait. In short: 2 stars for the pizza And 1 for the accommodating attitude. It's up to you to form your own opinion and try at least the three pizzerias in the area starting from Pont de Vence.
