We ordered at 6:40 PM for 7:00 PM. When I arrived at 7:00 PM, the order wasn't ready, the staff was unpleasant, the price was exorbitant for the quantity offered, the order wasn't respected, one of the tacos was burnt and had to be remade. All this just to pick up my order around 7:30 PM... Thank you for your response to my comment. Please know that I absolutely do not hide behind a screen, especially when people are aggressive and disregard my dissatisfaction. Don't ask us to leave comments every time if you're going to be aggressive behind our backs just because it's a bad review. I believe that every business seeks to satisfy its customers, and my husband had every right to ask for the taco to be remade, which, yes, was overcooked and not gratinéed, which you were going to charge for. Regarding the excessive prices, I'm only referring to the kebab meat tray, which was ridiculously small for the price, as were the fries. I'm not criticizing the pizzas at all, just the service, which was very difficult for you that evening. We understand that perfectly well, but you could have simply offered a gesture of goodwill, as is common practice in all businesses, large and small. Very disappointed with my experience tonight compared to usual. The pizza wasn't topped at all, and I had solid clumps of meat and unmelted Cheddar cheese on top. The meat wasn't even spread out. It's a real shame, especially since I'm a regular customer.
