I didn't like it. They try to appear customer-focused, but it's all fake. I took a pizza-making course, and there was a serious lack of teaching skills. The instructor seemed more concerned with his own separation than with passing on his knowledge! Furthermore, their products are very expensive. Go to Ital in St. Martin d'Hères instead.
