We ordered three pizzas by phone, and the person we spoke to was incredibly rude. They told us 8:30 PM, but when we arrived at 8:30 PM, they said 8:45 PM, so we didn't get our three pizzas until 9:00 PM. The menu displayed on Google Maps is incorrect; as a result, the names of some pizzas don't match the descriptions (for example, "La Grenobloise"). Two out of the three pizzas were missing ingredients: the "Grenobloise" had no walnuts or honey, and the "Raviole" had no parsley. I was used to the previous owner, who was fantastic—what a disappointment!

Very, very disappointed. The Gault & Millau rating is not justified. The pizzas from the previous owner were significantly better and deserved the rating. The pizzas are bland with mediocre ingredients. As a loyal customer, this change is a disappointment. We will not be returning.

First time here, I'm totally disappointed. I ordered four pizzas and only received three. The order was taken incorrectly; I ordered the "Bambino" option and didn't get any applesauce... and a rude customer got involved... Anyway, thank you for the discount.

The pizzas are good. The problem is that they're ready 15 minutes before the requested time, so they're cold when you eat them. Another problem is that the owner doesn't say hello or goodbye 🫤.

Great atmosphere at the pizzeria, the 20-minute wait time was respected, and the pizzas were generous! The Reine pizza was amazing, thanks to the team and their welcoming smiles!
